Investing in Impact

client: Kate B. Reynolds Charitable Trust

How do you equip nonprofit game changers with the resources they need to change conversations about health throughout North Carolina? How do you speak to agile and nimble individuals and organizations in select North Carolina counties who are high energy, visionary leaders determined to make a difference in the communities in which they live and serve? Even well-connected community leaders acknowledge they can benefit greatly from the rich and varied resources of an organization like the Kate B. Reynolds Charitable Trust.

While traditional funding models place funders in a dominant position relative to the organizations they fund, funders like the Kate B. Reynolds Charitable Trust also realize their impact through others— that is, they rely on the success of others to realize their own mission.

A part of, not apart from grantees

For the past several years, our work with the Kate B. Reynolds Trust has focused on communication that helps remove the traditional barriers between funder and grantee through work that is relationship-focused and accessible. The Trust’s messaging also relies on the communication of other resources they provide including convening, technical support, capacity building, education and research.

Kate B. Reynolds Charitable Trust is a leader in the funding and support of high impact programs and initiatives that improve the quality of life and health for underserved communities across the state of North Carolina. The Trust is high touch, high impact.
